ΒΌ cup salt -- (non-iodized)
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp Red Pepper -- (optional)
Mix all ingredients. Use immediately.
Store leftovers in airtight container.
